Tonya is the daughter of Vicki Lee Green, founder of the Company in 1983. Tonya was raised in the real estate world and grew up drawing floor plans for fun. She attended CSU taking interior design classes and ended up moving back to Glenwood Springs, married her high school sweetheart and got her Real Estate license in 1994. Vicki passed away in 2000 and Tonya took over her mother’s company with business partner Michelle James. Tonya was born and raised in Glenwood Springs. Her Husband is a third generation Rancher of the area too. She loves this valley and plans on staying put for many years to come to raise her family and sell Real Estate.

Tonya has been one of the top producers of the company and thoroughly enjoys helping her clients find their home, piece of land, or investment opportunity. To receive the CRS designation Realtors must demonstrate outstanding professional achievements, including a high volume of sales/transactions, as well as advanced training in business planning, real estate investing, marketing and technology. They also maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and abide by the code of ethics.
