Even with all the complexities involved in buying or selling a home in today’s market it is my mission to go the extra mile to ensure it is an enjoyable and stress- free experience. I was born in Wooster, Ohio and graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Environmental Science. I moved to the western slope of Colorado 24 years ago and have lived, with my two beautiful daughters, in the Roaring Fork Valley for 10 years. I have been in the real estate business since 2000. I have a passion for the area and enjoy showing people its beauty and educating them on the local economy, the housing market and all the recreation amenities our area has to offer. To say I’m familiar with the local real estate market is an under statement. I’m all about the market! If I’m not showing property I’m going to open houses, broker previews or visiting For Sale By Owner properties so that I don’t miss a thing for my Buyers and Sellers. I will soon earn my Certified Residential Specialist designation reserved for those agents who consistently sell a high volume of real estate and who have taken additional educational classes to enhance their skills and professionalism.
