A Little History:
I was born in Oakland, California and received my bachelor’s degree in political science from Chico State University. I have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1971. My first 17 years in the valley were spent in residential construction where I learned all facets of the building trades. In 1987 I started my own property management company and managed residential properties from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. I obtained my real estate brokers license in 1989 and my State of Colorado registered residential and small income property appraiser license in 2001. I served on the City of Glenwood Springs Parks and Recreation Commission for 6 years and was chairperson my last year. I also spent 7 years coaching kids in the local community center Youth Hoops program, which was one of my most rewarding experiences. My recreational passion is currently golfing and I also love to fly fish, go hiking and camping, and roller blade or bike through beautiful Glenwood Canyon. My biggest joy in life, however, is my wonderful daughter who is presently in college at Colorado State University. She is majoring in retail marketing and apparel and loves to shop.

What drives me:
The beauty of the mountains, valleys and rivers in the Roaring Fork Valley first brought me to the area and continues to keep me here. I have always been intrigued with construction, building trends and materials and selling real estate has become a natural manifestation of that. I love what I do and care about people! I tell my Buyers and Sellers, “call me anytime, 24/7, I will always try to be available to help in any way possible”. Indeed one of my mottos when helping my customers and clients with real estate is, “anything, anytime anywhere”. I consider myself a help person not a sales person and I always put other people’s needs and feelings first. It is just the way I am and what makes life good. There are a “zillion” Realtors in the Valley but I like to think people are lucky when they work with me because they get someone who is hugely knowledgeable, highly professional, very caring, fun, and most importantly always watching out for your best interests.
