Selling and listing real estate since 1985 and fourteen years of being a mortgage and commercial banker prior to that, I have gathered a wealth of experience that enables Buyers and Sellers to get to the closing table. Knowledge is key to a successful transaction!

Construction, development of housing projects and foreclosures are the areas that I have particular experience in. I hold the Masters in Real Estate (MRE) designation (awarded through the Colorado Association of Realtors), the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), the AMRR (America's Most Referred Realtors chosen by their peers as the most dedicated to customer service) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which requires closing over 10 million in sales and taking advanced educational courses.
