April Update
Spring is here and so are the new Jumbo loan amounts! You can now get better interest rates on homes up to $425,000. Listings are popping up all over the valley. Go to the properties tab at the top of the page and search for properties that fit your criteria. Many of you have been asking what you think is in store for our market. National news does not paint a pretty picture and luckily it doesn't seem to apply here. We live in the “bubble” where everyone wants to live and we are seeing sales start to pick up after our long winter. Prices are holding steady and there are some great deals out there! |
